Lawncare Professional
Job Description: We are looking for a lawncare professional to join our team and lead our lawncare jobs 4 days per week while assisting on our gardening and landscaping projects 1 day per week. The right candidate will have a working knowledge of standard lawncare equipment and be able to provide direction to the team on lawncare jobs and work independently on the job site. Each day starts and ends at the shop and includes equipment cleanup and basic maintenance.
Additional job specific requirements include being skilled operating a zero-turn mower, stand-on mower and competent with trimmers. Must be able to drive truck and trailer and have a valid and insurable driver's license. Each day starts and ends at the shop in North Ferrisburgh and includes equipment cleanup and basic maintenance.
Ideally this is a seasonal position, however for the right candidate, winter work may be available.
Duties:
Trimming grass, blowing off grass clippings and mowing with a zero turn
Spreading mulch
Removing leaf, brush and other debri
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in professional lawncare
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Insurable driver’s license
2 professional references
Landscaper
Job Description: We are looking for a landscaper to join our team and assist with lawncare, gardening and landscaping projects. The right candidate will have a working knowledge of standard lawncare equipment and be able to take direction and work independently on the job site. Each day starts and ends at the shop in North Ferrisburgh and includes equipment cleanup and basic maintenance.
Duties:

Qualifications:

General Laborer
Job Description: We are looking for a general laborer to join our team. The right candidate will be able to take direction and work independently on the job site and be willing and eager to learn to use standard lawncare equipment and basic gardening. Duties include trimming grass, blowing off grass clippings, assisting with weeding, spreading mulch, assisting with garden installations/rehabilitations and removing leaf, brush and other debris. Each day starts and ends at the shop in North Ferrisburgh and includes equipment cleanup and basic maintenance.
Qualifications:
No experience in landscaping required
Ability to up to lift 50 pounds unassisted
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Insurable driver’s license
2 professional references
Gardener (Seasonal)
Job Description: We are looking for a gardener to join our team seasonally and assist with typical gardening tasks and landscaping projects. The right candidate will be able to take direction and work independently on the job site. Each day starts and ends at the shop in North Ferrisburgh and includes equipment cleanup and basic maintenance. This position is intended to be a permanent but seasonal position, meaning the employee would return to work each spring and be laid off each winter.
Duties:
Installing perennials and trees, weeding, pruning, and maintaining plantings
Spreading mulch
Removing leaf, brush and other debris
Qualifications:
No experience required for the right candidate, however 2+ years experience in the gardening industry is preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
High School Diploma or GED preferred
